Returns can be started by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Products must be in original condition as received with original packaging. Damage due to customer misuse is not covered under any type of warranty. If outside of our 90 day warranty, please feel free to contact the manufacturer for the possibility your item may be covered under their standard warranty. Refunds will be sent within two (2) business days of receiving the product at our warehouse. Bank processing from your institution could also take up to four (4) business days for the funds to be credited to your account. Customer will be in charge of return shipping costs. Exchanges can be provided as well on defective items.
Our pre-owned devices pass a vigorous testing phase, but rest assured you still receive a full 90 day money back guarantee on all pre owned devices. This does not cover any user damage such as a cracked screen or water damage. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
